Better Nights is a public app for healthier bedtime routines. Our content workflow uses TikTok to reach people who may benefit from it. A Better Nights staff member can connect an authorized TikTok account to review its public videos and current engagement inside Studio.

Studio is for authorised Better Nights staff. TikTok access is read-only; this website does not post, edit, or delete videos.

PERMISSIONS

Two read scopes

user.info.basic shows the connected account’s name and avatar. video.list shows its public videos and available views, likes, comments, and shares.

CONTROL

Account holder consent

TikTok shows its own consent screen. Better Nights never asks for a TikTok password. A signed-in team member can disconnect in Studio, and the account holder can revoke access in TikTok.

MEASUREMENT

Review published content

Studio displays the latest available counts for public videos and highlights videos posted in the last 24 hours. It does not claim unavailable metrics such as saves, app installs, or TikTok LIVE analytics.

What happens after consent?

TikTok returns a short-lived authorization response to this website. Our server validates the request, exchanges the code with TikTok, encrypts the tokens in protected storage, and returns you to Better Nights Studio. Only authorised Better Nights staff can view connected-account data.
